⚠️ Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the magic and hygiene of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Disney Ears (due to intimate nature and hygiene reasons)
  • Costumes & Baby Costumes (for health and safety considerations)
  • Drinkware (once used or opened for hygiene purposes)
  • Any items from Collections or Collectibles that have been opened or removed from original packaging
